Bill earned his B.S. from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and agency principal. Bill is also a Long Term Care Professional (LTCP) and Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC). An independent agent since 1970, Bill works with our clients to handle all their personal, commercial, life, medical, long term care and group insurance needs.

Gloria is a Maine native and is married to her husband Rob, has two daughters and a son. She is a competitive runner and avid bicyclist.

Sharon earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland. She is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). She has been a member of the First Insurance Services team since 1990. With over 30 years of company and agency experience, she works with our carriers to secure the most comprehensive coverage at the most competitive price. Sharon is very active in her church and local Kiwanis club. She enjoys classical music, golf and rooting for the Maryland Terps.

Traci earned her B.A. from the University of Maryland. She is a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Traci has been a member of the First Insurance Services team since 2002. She works with our large commerical clients to handle all their service needs. Traci enjoys running, triathlon, camping, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog.
